Situated on a sort after lake front reserve this old family home deserved a face lift.
Designed by the clients Sydney Building Designer, we were able to create a new look for the home whilst creating more room for their changing family.

Modern lines with light weight building materials where used to give the home a contemporary holiday home feel.
A new first floor loft style bedroom space was created with a private balcony for lake viewing.

With lots of north east facing glass, covered by large eaves we were able to let the winter sun deep into the house whilst opening up the home to the view of the lake.
