Your company philosophy of building environmentally friendly and energy efficient home appealed to me, along with the design flair that I saw. After getting alternative quotes, it was clear that you wanted to offer the best value for money rather than the cheapest offer. This appealed to me, as I did not want to be pushed into accepting cheap but unappealing solutions. Our first meeting convinced me that I was dealing with people that I could trust and work with. Although it was risky for us both to work together from opposite sides of the world, you kept me well informed of progress and consulted with me to my full satisfaction on all the matter that were important to me. Thank you for these efforts! You kept to schedule and to budget, warning me in adequate time, when I needed to give you feed-back or make a decision. I had no experience with building but you were able to explain choices in a way that I could understand and feel part of the decision making process. I never felt that I was being pushed into anything and your knowledge and experience were invaluable.
What a wonderful experience it was to walk into the house and see the quality of the workmanship and all the attention to detail that you had given! It looked even better than in the pictures that you had been sending regularly. There was nothing in the building that needed fixing or that I regretted and since taking it over, nothing has turned up to dampen my enthusiasm. The house has now been lived in for almost a year. I wanted a house that was open and filled with light, taking maximum advantage of the beautiful views. You created a space that is a real pleasure to be in and met those requirements fully.
Although after sales service has not really been necessary, I appreciate that you gave me the impression you would be there for me, if I had any further needs or questions. Thank you for taking the time to celebrate with us and to exchange laughs about the problems that you had dealt with without involving me at all.
